Q · 01 How do estimates work, and what do they cost?
Free. Always. We come walk the project, ask the questions we need to ask, and send back a real line-item estimate within five business days. If your project isn't a fit for us, we'll tell you that on the walk — not after wasting a week.
Q · 02 Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Yes. Every time. If a permit is required, we pull it; if an inspection is needed, we schedule it. We won't put you in the position of doing unpermitted work and finding out at closing.
Q · 03 How long does a typical kitchen or bath take?
A bathroom: usually 3–5 weeks, depending on scope and tile. A kitchen: 5–8 weeks. Whole-home: it depends. Whatever number we give you, we put it in the contract.
Q · 04 How do payments work?
Deposit at contract, draws tied to milestones (framing complete, mechanicals rough-in, finishes started, punch list zero). No final draw until you've walked the project with us and signed off.
Q · 05 What if something breaks after you're done?
We warranty our work for one year, no fine print. If something we built fails in that window, we fix it. Outside of that window, call us anyway — we usually still come look.
Q · 06 What areas of Indiana do you serve?
Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Westfield, Noblesville, Greenwood, and most of Hamilton, Marion, Hendricks, and Hancock counties. Outside that radius, ask us — we sometimes travel for the right job.
